The GELID Solutions IceBerry Cooling kit is designed for Pi owners that want to overclock. It allows the CPU to run at a stable 2.14GHz without any thermal throttling at full load – very impressive!

I can’t fault the IceBerry cooling kit and I will be using it in a future project.

I did a full review of the IceBerry cooling kit over at Techscoop.

The IceBerry cooling kit can be purchased directly from GELID here for just $22.

Conclusion

When I decided to write this post and reached out to the above manufacturers for review samples I planned on having a definitive winner for “The best Raspberry Pi case for under £20” however there is an issue with that – I can’t pick one.

They all serve their purpose fairly well and are designed for different use cases, if I wanted a case to use with hats and to use the GPIO header I would personally go for the Pimoroni Pibow Coupe 4 although if I planned on using the Raspberry Pi 4 as a media server or desktop device I’d pick the GeeekPi Acrylic or IceBerry Cooling Kit.

Overall they are all great budget cases for the Raspberry Pi 4, if you agree or disagree please let me know in a comment below!

As a final note I’d like to thank the manufacturers of the above cases for sending me review samples to make this article possible!
